Paris On My Own!
Hey Funda in thirty something, do you remember Paris trip when you were twenty-five, alone and how much you enjoyed!
Having an adventure like that was what I need to have self awareness, and I am very grateful that it happened.
Well, first things first. When you are in Paris you need to see Tour Eiffel right, that is what I did at the first morning. I definitely recommend using Concorde Metro Station for your first time, because after you climb stairs and see gorgeous view, that feels ‘Parisienne’. Even it was a bit rainy that day, I still went to Arc de Triomphe and then, of course Champs-Elysees. I had a great walk there, and also had to wait 40 minutes to eat a macaron at Laduree. Definitely worth it! :)
Second day of my trip, I went to Notre-Dame Cathedral. It was a dream for me, because when I was a child, I read the book of Victor Hugo and really impressed. Cathedral itself was very different from other structures. Even I am not an artist or I don’t have any education, I can feel the darkness and romantic feeling in that. After climbing lots of stairs you can see a great view of Paris.
